Hi! I'm the force behind Boost My Energy - a health coach devoted to helping you feel alive, balanced, and strong every day. My journey began growing up in Belarus, where meals were fresh from our own garden and greens in many shades filled the plate. Early on, I didn't know all the names, but I felt the difference.

Fitness has always been part of my life from running and boxing to swimming & gym sessions. Not just for shape, but for energy. Exercise showed me those "feel-good" endorphin highs, and how movement can uplift both body and mind.

With a background rooted in curiosity and evidence, I've trained with top experts in nutrition, sleep, stress, and mental wellness. I dig into research (even when it's confusing!), because I believe you deserve clarity—not hype. My coaching blends science + real life: practical food, smart exercise, restful sleep, wise stress management.

I'm here to guide you toward simple shifts that last. Whether it's choosing better nutrition, moving in ways you enjoy, sleeping deeply or managing your stress together we build a foundation for more focus, stronger energy, and deeper wellbeing.
