Co-op has announced the winner of its Christmas decoration competition as 11-year-old Sophie Bibby of Teddington.

Using recyclable waste, Sophie created a beautiful Christmas decoration.

Sophie won £200 plus another £200 for a local charity of her choice.

Christmas craft activities are fun to do with kids and can be a great way for everyone to get into the festive spirit without spending money.

Co-op is on a mission to reduce Christmas waste and offered the cash prize for sharing photos of Christmas decorations home-made from everyday recyclable materials.
