Even more people are getting behind Park Lane Stables.

The London Fire Brigade have today given their support to the 'Save Our Stables' campaign.

The landlord of the stables is looking to sell and the team currently there need to raise £1 million to buy it themselves.

One of the main reasons for the fire brigade getting involved is that the stables used to house a fire station during the 1800s.

The stables are close to the hearts of so many Teddington locals - including Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon, who lives in the area.

Rob even managed to get the stables featured on Good Morning Britain.

This effort combined with the fundraising efforts of so many locals has seen the stables smash another fundraising milestone.

Park Lane now has raised over £500,000!

The current total at the time of writing is £541,000 and is terrific to see the generosity of so many people helping this campaign.
