Mindful Personal Training brings together the concepts of mindfulness and personal training.

Why?

-So you can build a strong foundation to minimise injuries. No need to take time out and stop working towards your goals!

-To reduce stress. Stress can hinder your training progress and your wellbeing. If you're not reaching your goals, this may be why.

-To build focus and be present. Connecting the mind and body allow you to understand how you move and feel in the moment which equals proper technique and form = achieving your goals.

-It helps mobility - strengthening the body as well as becoming more flexible. This can also reduce those recurring aches and pains.
